Join our esteemed Head Gardener, Paul, a seasoned horticultural virtuoso with an impressive background at prestigious gardens across the UK and several years at The National Trust. With over 2 years nurturing the splendour of Saltmarshe Hall, Paul guides guests through the hidden gems of our estate, sharing his wealth of botanical knowledge. 
 
Following the immersive tour, indulge in a delectable 2-course meal crafted from the very garden's you have just explored, as our chef showcases the freshest seasonal delights, creating a dining experience that seamlessly blends nature and gastronomy.

Restaurant Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we ask for your cooperation with the following:

Cancellation Notice: Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation may be charged to the credit card on file.

Special Events: For reservations made for special events, holidays, or large groups, a deposit may be required. Specific cancellation terms and conditions will apply.Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain excellent service for all our guests!
